What we collect

Name, email address and mobile number you enter.
The events you register for and payment status, including the payment reference and the UPI ID shown by the payment provider.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords. These are handled directly by Razorpay.

Why we use it

To confirm your registration, issue your receipt and let you into the event.
To contact you about changes to, or cancellation of, events you registered for.
To process refunds and keep payment records required by law.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Razorpay: payment processing.
Cloudflare: website hosting and database.

How long we keep it

Registration data is deleted within [90] days after the last event, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
